How quickly do you ship?
It is our goal to ship all orders within five business days. You will be notified when your order is received, and also when it is sent out. You will also be notified of any unforeseen delays.
How will my knobs be sent?
We ship via the U.S. Postal Service. Smaller packages travel first class, while heavier packages will be sent via priority mail.
All shipments are sent with delivery confirmation.
Do you have a return policy?
Our goal is to have every customer be a happy customer, and we stand behind everything we sell. If there is a problem with your order, just return it to us for a full refund.
If I return something, do you reimburse my shipping costs?
In the event the product was defective, or we have misrepresented it in any way (i.e., you ordered Pooh knobs and received tomato knobs instead) of course your return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
In the event you changed your mind and decided to decorate with a different theme, the cost to send the item back will not be reimbursed.
Is it possible to get a sample knob?
We realize you can only tell so much from a computer image, and sample knobs are available at no charge on a case by case basis. We have been a part of many kitchen remodels and find that sending the sample first ensures a happy end result!
